  I wish I could give them a ZERO star, sinply HORRIBLE Attitude. The lady who anwers this number is just Pathetic.
  I was given an appointment between 2-6pm. When I didn't hear from their Technician till 2;35pm, I called them and to my bad luck had to talk to her. I asked if she knows when someone may come by as I hv to step out to pick the kids and my patent home does not speak much English, she started lashing at me saying What was I thinking when accepted this appointment slot. I requested that she call the technician to see if he can indicate time to expect hi. And she goes, well that's if anwers, he has 3 appointments in Tracy in same time slot as mine, basically ZERO effort to find solutions.
  Old Republic Home Warranty if you are seeing this review, pls look into replacing with other air conditioning contractors.
