  This is about tile work. Upgraded entire house tile, and it was installed horribly. They came and fixed it once and now have to still fix holes in grout, uneven tile, thin set showing through, no grout in small inbetweens, and chipped tiles. And this was all on a brand new build, so the subfloor was level to begin with. Had an appointment for them to come and fix, then they called one hour before and wanted to reschedule. Rescheduling doesn’t work for people who have jobs and have to request time off. Horrible service. Horrible hours and scheduling.
